Terms — Dragon Tunnel Team

This is a free tool run by a parent volunteer for the parent volunteers of the Round Rock High School Dragon Tunnel Team. It is not a business, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Round Rock High School or Round Rock ISD, and nothing is sold here.

Who it is for

Members of the team’s volunteer group. Access is by a link posted to the team group text. There is no public sign-up and no account.

The link

Please do not forward the link outside the team. It is what keeps this private — anyone holding it can see the season and claim jobs. If it gets out, tell Alan; the link can be replaced, which shuts out everyone holding the old one.

What is expected of you

Sign up for jobs you actually intend to show up for.
If you cannot make it, release the job so someone else can take it. An unfilled job somebody has claimed is worse than an empty one.
Say who you actually are when you pick your name.
Do not use anyone else’s name, and do not try to get at data the site does not show you.

What you can expect

Best effort, and nothing more. This is a volunteer project maintained between jobs and games. It may be unavailable, it may have bugs, and it is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it as the only record of a commitment you have made — the group text is still the channel that matters.

The organizer may correct, reassign, or remove any sign-up, and may remove anyone’s access, for any reason. Practically, this means fixing mistakes and covering gaps before a game.
