This is a private scheduling tool for the parent volunteers of the Round Rock High School Dragon Tunnel Team. It is not a public service, it has no public sign-up, and it sells nothing. It is run by one parent organizer, reachable at alan@alyndata.com.
What it stores
About volunteers — the parents who sign up:
- Name
- Mobile number
- The name and grade of the student you are here for
- Whether you are an approved driver for the equipment trailer
- Which jobs you have claimed, for which games
About students — the team roster:
- Name, jersey number, position, grade, and side of the ball
This is imported from the school athletics department’s own published roster page. It contains no contact details for any student — no address, no phone, no email — and none are ever collected.
About organizers — the two or three people who administer it:
- The email address of the Google account used to sign in
What it deliberately does not store
The original sign-up form collected more than this tool needs. T-shirt size, years of experience, email address, and free-text availability notes are never imported. They stay in the organizer’s spreadsheet. This is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no third-party script of any kind on this site.
Phone numbers
Your mobile number is visible only to organizers. It is never sent to another volunteer’s browser, never shown on the weekly card, and never displayed on any page a volunteer can reach. This is enforced by database permissions, not by convention.
It is there for one reason: texting is how this team coordinates, and it is how an organizer reaches you about a game.
Cookies
One cookie, named __Host-dtt. It holds a random identifier for your browser and, once you tell the site who you are, which volunteer you selected. It carries no name, no phone number, and no email address. It lasts 90 days and cannot be read by JavaScript.
It is not used for tracking. It exists so you do not have to re-enter who you are every week, and so the site can limit abuse.
To limit automated abuse, the site keeps a short-lived record derived from the network address of requests that write data. That record is a one-way hash, is never linked to a name, and is deleted after seven days.
Who else sees it
Nobody. The data is not sold, not shared, and not disclosed to anyone outside the team’s organizers. Three service providers process it only to run the site:
- Vercel — hosts the application
- Supabase — hosts the database
- Google — signs organizers in, and receives nothing but that sign-in
Search engines
Every page on this site is served with X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow. It is not intended to be found, indexed, or linked to from anywhere public.
How long it is kept
- The student roster — removed by 30 November 2026.
- Phone numbers, and the link between a volunteer and a student — deleted by 31 December 2026, unless the team decides to run this again for the 2027 season.
- Abuse-prevention records — 7 days.
- Game schedules, job definitions and who covered what are kept. They carry no personal detail beyond a name.
Removing yourself
Text or email Alan and it is done — your number, your name, or your student’s roster entry. No form, no account, no waiting period. Requests about a student’s roster entry are honoured on the same terms whether they come from a parent or the school.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The tool is scoped to a single football season, so material change is unlikely.
